| Plan changes | A Stripe upgrade takes effect after charging a full month of the new plan and starts a new one-month period without a prorated refund for the former period. A Stripe downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period. An App Store upgrade takes effect immediately and Apple determines a prorated refund for the unused portion of the former paid period; a downgrade takes effect at the end of that period. When Google Play plan changes are offered in the app, an upgrade charges the full price of one month of the new plan and takes effect immediately; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid period. For store subscriptions, the provider’s confirmed charge, refund or treatment of remaining time, and effective date are authoritative. |
| Cancellation | Open Stripe management from Web billing settings, Apple subscription management for an Apple subscription, or Google Play subscription management for a Google Play subscription. Cancellation takes effect when the provider determines, and the paid plan remains available until then. |

| AI credits | Plans grant periodic AI credits. Consumption varies by operation, model, and input/output volume. Paid-plan credits expire 90 days after issuance. Credits issued before this revision retain their original expiry. Unused credits remain after a paid subscription ends, but available AI follows the current plan. Additional purchased credits are valid for 90 days from issuance, except App Store additional purchases, which do not expire. Earlier purchases retain their original terms. Free credits, welcome and badge rewards, and support grants are also valid for 90 days from each grant. |
| Creative assists | A paid creative assist is sold only on Web when purchase conditions are displayed and grants acquisition to the account by one-time payment. It is not sold in the mobile apps. Subsequent AI processing uses ordinary AI credits separately from its purchase price. |
| New-account benefit | Once per internal user, 1,300 welcome credits plus 200 Free credits are granted, for 1,500 total. Unused amounts expire 90 days after grant. They may be used together with paid-plan credits if the user upgrades during the period. The benefit may change or end. |
| Special conditions | Additional credits may be purchased when their conditions appear on the purchase screen, including while the base plan is Free; that purchase alone does not change base-plan features. Paid creative assists may be purchased only when their conditions appear on the purchase screen. A subscription with an active discount may not be eligible for an automatic plan change. |
