Badge rewards now reflect achievement requirements
Newly earned badges now award 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100 AI credits, instead of a flat 100. Examples include 10 for a first basic action, 20 for reaching 1,000 manuscript words, 30 for 10,000 words, 50 for 50,000 words, and 100 for 100,000 words or a 30-day writing streak. These manuscript milestones count words for English works and characters for Japanese works.
Previously awarded credits, remaining balances, and expiration dates stay unchanged, as do the requirements for earning badges. Badge rewards remain valid for 30 days and can be awarded once per badge type per account. Rewards for different badges earned together are added together.
Guidance from the introduction to your first project
On the Web, finishing the introduction now shows you where to create a project in the project list. You can dismiss the hint and replay the introduction from display settings.
Writing knowledge for the conversation at hand
The AI can now find and consult writing knowledge as needed when you discuss characters, scenes, or story structure. The collection is available in Japanese and English and covers techniques such as foreshadowing, flashbacks, and subtext.
These techniques are references to consider in light of your intentions and your story, rather than requirements to follow. No separate purchase is needed to consult the collection; conversations with the AI use your AI credits as usual.
