When the AI checked a reference destination again before saving, successfully saved work could still be reported as incomplete. This issue has been fixed.
An operation held back before saving is now distinguished from a failed save. Completion is assessed after checking what was saved following the retry.
If saving fails or the saved content cannot be verified, the app will continue to report that state.
