New accounts now receive a refreshed sample project, The Lighthouse That Holds Tomorrow's Voices. Its 17-chapter manuscript and reference materials for characters, the world, and the plot offer a way to explore organizing a story and discussing it with an assistant.
The reference materials include a shared profile for the main characters, a relationship map, an overall plot and chapter-by-chapter setup–development–turn–resolution plots, scene cards, and a timeline. The manuscript is organized into chapters and sections, and the example conversation starts partway through the writing process. The sample is available in Japanese and English and is created in the account's display language.
You can edit or delete the sample manuscript and materials just like those in an ordinary project. The included materials exceed the usual reference limit on the Free plan. To add a new reference, first reduce the number of existing references below that limit.
Existing projects and samples are not replaced automatically.
